Loving Mom, Abuelita –

Mora, Ofelia age 60 of Rockford died at 10:55 PM on Mon. Feb. 22, 2010 after a long struggle with diabetes. She was born Aug. 1, 1949 in Santa Monica, Coah., MX. She lived 40 years in Rockford coming here from Mexico. She married Tomas I. Mora in Rio Bravo, MX on Feb. 1, 1969. She was employed by Anderson Packaging for 10 years. Ofelia was a member of St. Patrick’s Church. The family would like to thank the staff of Rockford Memorial Hospital for the loving care they gave their mother. Survivors include: son Juan A. (Esperanza) Mora, daughter Ofelia (Armando) Leal, son Tomas (Ivonne) Mora, son Alejandro (Jennifer) Mora, son Miguel Mora, 11 grandchildren Juan D. Mora, Jasmyn A. Mora, Hugo M. Leal, Karina Mora, Leonardo Mora, Jordan A. Mora, Aaliya Mora, Marissa Leal, Tomas I. Mora, Usnavi O. Leal, Leilani Mora, and numerous nieces nephews and cousins.
